Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer (Infrastructure & Escalations).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own complex L2/L3 escalations end-to-end and protect Product Engineering from interruptions
  • Debug issues across HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 flows, and investigate latency shifts and anomalies
  • Proactively monitor strategic accounts and convert recurring issues into structured systems
Required Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxy flows over TCP/UDP
  • Strong grasp of DNS resolution paths and TLS negotiation mechanics
  • Experience with Linux tools like tcpdump, curl, and openssl
  • Strong skills in ClickHouse SQL on large traffic datasets
  • Experience running production incidents
