Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join their team full-time in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide production support and reliability for live environments, managing cases through a structured ticketing system
  • Collaborate with Client Services Agents and cross-functional teams to resolve customer-reported issues and ensure timely communication
  • Generate and analyze operational reports to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in application or production support in financial services or enterprise environments
  • Strong experience in log analysis, system monitoring, and troubleshooting production issues
  • Proficient in writing and executing complex data queries for transaction validation
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and service management tools such as Datadog and Freshservice
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments
