Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level service to customers and ensure technical issues are resolved within contractual SLAs
- Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to product documentation and best practices
- Replicate customer issues in lab environments and communicate effectively with customers on diagnostics and resolutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related customer-facing role
- Experience with the Elastic Stack preferred
- Technical background in System Administration, Network Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Experience in a Linux/Unix environment and understanding of cloud-native technologies
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in web technology systems
