Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level service to customers and ensure technical issues are resolved within contractual SLAs
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to product documentation and best practices
  • Replicate customer issues in lab environments and communicate effectively with customers on diagnostics and resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related customer-facing role
  • Experience with the Elastic Stack preferred
  • Technical background in System Administration, Network Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • Experience in a Linux/Unix environment and understanding of cloud-native technologies
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in web technology systems
