Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support and mentor junior engineers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues with customers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, DevOps, or a related field
- Strong application programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Deep understanding of software packaging and distribution concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Ability to work independently and drive process improvements
