Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to assist customers with a cloud-based application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own escalated customer incidents from intake to resolution, ensuring timely updates and improvements in customer satisfaction
  • Conduct deep troubleshooting and root-cause analysis using observability tools and debugging techniques
  • Collaborate with engineering to file bug reports, implement low-risk fixes, and create/update documentation for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years in technical support, application support, or software engineering with incident responsibility
  • Strong proficiency in debugging C# / .NET applications and SQL Server, including T-SQL querying
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and observability tools for troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of Azure fundamentals and experience with customer-facing escalations
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards such as HIPAA and HITRUST
