Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve software and process-related issues for internal and external customers
- Document specifications, designs, and operations of applications prior to production rollout
- Collaborate with business partners to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system/technical requirements
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in a STEM-related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant industry experience
- 5 years of experience with relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL
- 5 years of hands-on experience in developing or supporting applications using technologies such as COM, VB, Jscript, Java, or C#
- 4-5 years of experience deploying changes using automation tools like Jenkins or Ansible
