Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer (L2/L3).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own complex L2/L3 escalations end-to-end and protect Product Engineering from interruptions
  • Debug issues across HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 flows, investigating latency shifts and anomalies
  • Proactively monitor accounts and convert recurring issues into automated solutions and runbooks
Required Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxy flows over TCP/UDP
  • Strong grasp of DNS resolution paths and TLS negotiation mechanics
  • Experience with ClickHouse SQL on large traffic datasets
  • Comfortable in Linux and running production incidents
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
