Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer (L2/L3).
Key Responsibilities
- Own complex L2/L3 escalations end-to-end and protect Product Engineering from interruptions
- Debug issues across HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 flows, investigating latency shifts and anomalies
- Proactively monitor accounts and convert recurring issues into automated solutions and runbooks
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxy flows over TCP/UDP
- Strong grasp of DNS resolution paths and TLS negotiation mechanics
- Experience with ClickHouse SQL on large traffic datasets
- Comfortable in Linux and running production incidents
- Strong written and spoken English skills
