Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designated Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic global customers
  • Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues across RSA Governance & Lifecycle solutions
  • Mentor junior Technical Support Engineers and facilitate global technical sessions
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level technical support, focusing on Identity and Access Management or complex enterprise software
  • Expert-level proficiency in troubleshooting Unix/Linux systems and scripting capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of networking concepts and security fundamentals
  • Mastery of SQL and extensive experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server environments and JavaEE application servers
