Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Designated Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic global customers
- Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues across RSA Governance & Lifecycle solutions
- Mentor junior Technical Support Engineers and facilitate global technical sessions
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level technical support, focusing on Identity and Access Management or complex enterprise software
- Expert-level proficiency in troubleshooting Unix/Linux systems and scripting capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of networking concepts and security fundamentals
- Mastery of SQL and extensive experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server environments and JavaEE application servers
