Job Summary

To support a growing customer success team, the full-time Senior Support Engineer will provide exceptional technical support for a range of products and services, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met regarding configuration, hardware, and feature requests
  • Collaborate with engineering to address and resolve customer challenges from inception to resolution
  • Build and enhance support infrastructure through tools and services, and participate in on-call rotations to support customers globally
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in L3 support of enterprise products, particularly with distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of Linux troubleshooting commands and regular expressions (grep/awk/sed)
  • Experience with deploying and troubleshooting applications in Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in bash scripting and/or Python
  • Familiarity with public cloud providers and containerization
