Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Support Engineer will support existing software applications, enhance software components, and resolve complex issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and implement automated systems to address complex business problems
- Document specifications, design, and operation of applications prior to production rollout
- Provide direction and support to team members, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget
Required qualifications
- BS degree in a STEM-related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
- 4-5 years of relevant industry experience in software development and support
- 5 years of experience with relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL
- 5 years of hands-on experience with application development using technologies such as Java, C#, or VB.Net
- Experience with IT automation tools and scripting languages, including Ansible and PowerShell
