Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time remote Senior Support Engineer will provide world-class technical support, investigate complex issues, and contribute to knowledge base documentation while managing customer cases effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support through various channels, ensuring timely updates and documentation
- Investigate and analyze complex problems across platforms and software systems
- Continuously learn and share knowledge on new technologies and tools within the team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical support experience via phone, remote desktop, and case management systems
- Experience with Sterling B2B Integrator or Sterling File Gateway is highly desired
- Strong understanding of networking design principles and protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP/S
- Experience with distributed computing, cloud services, and virtualization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
