Senior Support Engineer
Job Summary
To support the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems, the full-time Senior Support Engineer will drive end-to-end project execution, facilitate technical discussions, and provide tailored solutions for clients, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the design, implementation, and integration of Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions for clients
- Oversee technical discussions and ensure successful provisioning and validation of WMS and its integrated applications
- Identify critical issues and consult with clients to deliver customized solutions that meet specific business requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in project implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Power Shell, Perl, or Python
- Experience with basic networking and operating systems, including Windows and Linux
- Familiarity with Database Management Systems, specifically SQL Server and Oracle
