Job Summary

Delivering advanced technical support for complex EDI and ERP integrations, the full-time Senior Support Engineer - EDI will manage escalated incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and collaborate with global teams while working remotely during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and resolve complex EDI and ERP integration issues impacting production environments
  • Perform root cause analyses and document findings for customer and internal review
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incident resolution and system stability
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience supporting EDI X12 transactions in production environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in ERP-driven EDI integrations and data dependencies
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex technical incidents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Comfort with emerging technologies, including AI-assisted tools and workflows
