Senior Support Engineer - SAP FICO

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Support Engineer - SAP FICO specializing in Finance, Controlling, and Product Costing, who will provide expert-level support, troubleshoot complex production issues, and perform root cause analysis for mission-critical SAP applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for SAP FICO, focusing on Product Costing, Material Ledger, and related areas
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including month-end close processes and costing variances
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to diagnose issues, deliver solutions, and ensure high-quality customer experiences

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on FICO, particularly Controlling
• Deep hands-on expertise in Product Costing and Material Ledger
• Proven experience troubleshooting month-end close issues and costing variances
• Strong understanding of CO-FI integration and cross-functional processes
• Experience working in production support environments with strong troubleshooting skills
