Job Summary
Overseeing support execution and driving operational excellence, the full-time Senior Support Manager will shape customer operations strategy for CVR, manage geographically diverse teams, and partner cross-functionally to enhance outcomes for dealers, DMVs, lenders, insurers, and consumers in a remote or onsite capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and deliver effective support strategies and develop standard processes across all products
- Manage a transparent case management process and prepare operating budgets for resource investments
- Attract and retain top talent while ensuring functional teams receive appropriate training and resources
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience, including managing large teams
- Experience in driving continuous improvement and measuring key performance indicators
- Proven ability to hire, grow, and retain top talent across multiple disciplines
- Strong experience in developing creative solutions and driving complex initiatives to completion
- Ability to consult and collaborate cross-functionally within an organization
