Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 3 Senior Support Specialist, remote US based with a preference for candidates in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-touch, white-glove support to enterprise clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to complex inquiries
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and create detailed Jira tickets for bugs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues impacting customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
  • Experience with Zendesk or other support-related ticketing software
  • Strong understanding of SQL and network operating systems
  • Experience managing a Help Center or user-facing documentation
