Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Specialist, Live Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary shift owner, ensuring operational stability and immediate issue resolution
  • Proactively monitor live fulfillment metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks
  • Manage and resolve cross-functional escalations in partnership with relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in dynamic, shift-based environments such as e-commerce or retail management
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues until resolution
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools for issue investigation
  • Comfortable using internal tools and automation to improve efficiency
  • Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
