Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary shift owner, ensuring operational stability and immediate issue resolution
- Proactively monitor live fulfillment metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Manage and resolve cross-functional escalations in partnership with relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in dynamic, shift-based environments such as e-commerce or retail management
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues until resolution
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools for issue investigation
- Comfortable using internal tools and automation to improve efficiency
- Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
