Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overnight Senior Support Specialist, Front-End Developer Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve issues with merchants' front-end technology stacks related to Shopify
• Assist merchants in customizing their Online Store through consultation or implementation
• Provide real-time support to internal teams and collaborate with engineering to enhance product offerings

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React and Typescript
• Experience with version control systems like Git and understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Strong adaptability and resilience in changing environments
• Curious and resourceful with a commitment to continuous learning
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent conversations effectively
