Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Specialist in Developer Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve issues with merchants' and partners' -end technology stacks related to Shopify
• Assist merchants in customizing their Online Store through consultation or implementation
• Provide real-time support to internal teams and collaborate with engineering to enhance product offerings

Qualifications:

• Proficient in API technologies, including REST and GraphQL APIs
• Experience in server-side development using languages such as Ruby, Python, PHP, or Node.js
• Familiarity with technical support tools and managing complex codebases

• Ability to engage and empathize with users during extended interactions
