Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level technical support for Tekla Tedds and Tekla Structural Designer
- Answer structural analysis and design questions related to software and building codes
- Investigate software bugs and feature requests, and contribute to the knowledge base
Required Qualifications
- US citizen with a BS in Structural/Architectural/Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Professional experience using structural analysis and design software
- 5+ years of structural engineering experience, PE SE preferred
- Experience with Tekla Structural Designer and Tekla Tedds is appreciated
- Strong computer and IT knowledge
