Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level technical support for Tekla Tedds and Tekla Structural Designer
  • Answer structural analysis and design questions related to software and building codes
  • Investigate software bugs and feature requests, and contribute to the knowledge base
Required Qualifications
  • US citizen with a BS in Structural/Architectural/Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Professional experience using structural analysis and design software
  • 5+ years of structural engineering experience, PE SE preferred
  • Experience with Tekla Structural Designer and Tekla Tedds is appreciated
  • Strong computer and IT knowledge
