Senior Surgical Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Surgical Support Specialist to provide advanced surgical support and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced intraoperative and perioperative support during complex cochlear implant surgeries
• Serve as a surgical technology consultant and deliver remote on-call OR support
• Lead national and regional surgical education initiatives and train field staff on surgical techniques

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctoral degree preferred in a medical or audiology related field
• Minimum 5 years of surgical sales, support, or training experience, preferably with medical devices
• Experience supporting cochlear implant surgeries is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of operating room etiquette and sterile techniques is essential
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish and/or French fluency is preferred
