Senior Survey Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Survey Developer to create scalable survey solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex, scalable survey solutions with a strong underlying architecture
• Design and build custom, non-standard solutions that support unique research needs
• Own technical quality end-to-end, including data integrity, testing, and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Five or more (5+) years of hands-on survey development experience in a market research environment
• Deep experience with survey programming platforms (e.g., Confirmit, Decipher, Qualtrics)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience building custom solutions beyond standard survey functionality
• Solid understanding of quantitative research and data collection best practices
