Senior Survey Programmer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Survey Programmer will oversee the coding of surveys, facilitate revisions, and ensure high data quality while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Programming online surveys while maintaining required quality and productivity levels
• Testing survey logic and conducting quality assurance for online surveys
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients to meet project specifications and timelines

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Decipher or similar survey programming tools (e.g., Confirmit, Qualtrics)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members
• Experience in marketing research and project management is a plus
• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript for survey programming
