Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Survey Research Manager, Student Insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end Student Pulse survey workstream, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality outputs
• Design and refine surveys in Qualtrics, overseeing data integrity and validation processes
• Manage and develop a mid-career researcher, ensuring accountability and quality across workstreams

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in market research or consulting, preferably in HR or talent topics
• Strong survey design experience, including question development and data quality management
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, Excel, or DisplayR
• Experience managing multiple research projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, structured deliverables
