Senior Sustainability Consultant

Job Summary

Driving post-go-live operations, the full-time Senior Sustainability Consultant will lead sustainment, optimization, and enhancement initiatives for the Oracle Health Millennium EHR platform, collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT teams to maximize its long-term value.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive post-go-live sustainment and optimization initiatives for the Oracle Health Millennium platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, define priorities, and advance enhancement initiatives
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements and issue resolution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare IT, including roles in application support or business analysis
• Proven experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium and a strong understanding of its workflows
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements analysis and business process design
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and the software development lifecycle
