Senior Sustaining Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sustaining Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary responder in a 24x7 on-call rotation for high-priority incidents, ensuring fast acknowledgment and resolution
• Conduct root-cause analysis for complex issues and collaborate with development teams to implement robust solutions
• Lead the development and deployment of customer-facing features while ensuring adherence to business needs and system requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sustaining engineering, DevOps, or software engineering focused on incident response
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience with Golang, Java, or similar languages
• Strong familiarity with monitoring and incident response tools
• Experience mentoring mid-level engineers and knowledge sharing in geo-distributed teams
