Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior System Administrator to lead operations and sustainment of secure, cloud-hosted environments supporting a Department of Defense enterprise modernization effort.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, secure, and manage AWS GovCloud-based virtualized environments
Monitor system performance and ensure continuous operational availability across various enclaves
Apply system hardening standards and develop patch management procedures for compliance and security

Required Qualifications

Active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in system administration or operations support for large-scale enterprise or defense environments
Experience managing systems within AWS GovCloud or equivalent DoD cloud infrastructures
Strong proficiency with Windows Server and Linux administration
