Senior System Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior System Analyst will support complex application development and systems integration initiatives while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical personnel to align project objectives and deliverables
• Lead requirements development activities, including work plan creation, task coordination, and resource management
• Analyze and document system interfaces and integration points across cloud-based and on-premises applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience applying Agile methodologies for backlog refinement and user story development using tools like Jira
• Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0) for documenting workflows
• Experience with SaaS products, APIs, and cloud-based services, particularly in customer application development
• Strong working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
