Senior System Architect
Job Summary
Experienced in DevSecOps and system architecture, the full-time remote Senior System Architect will set up and maintain the Sonatype Products Platform, implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and integrate CI/CD automated pipelines to enhance software delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement automation for configuration management and application deployment using tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform
- Establish best practices for utilizing AWS services and ensure high availability and effective systems monitoring
- Develop and document enterprise systems architecture to support common processes and standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in application design and development, including data modeling and software architecture
- 5 years of experience with automation tools for configuration management and infrastructure orchestration
- Hands-on experience setting up Sonatype products on AWS infrastructure
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
