Senior System Configuration Administrator
Job Summary
To support a dynamic lending environment, the full-time Senior System Configuration Administrator will design, configure, test, and maintain complex system configurations while collaborating with business operations and IT teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain application settings, including business rules, workflows, and user roles
- Translate business requirements into structured system configuration solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and support release planning to ensure successful implementation of configuration changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience administering or configuring enterprise applications, preferably in financial services
- Strong ability to interpret business requirements and develop structured system configurations
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycle, change management, and UAT coordination
- Experience with configuration version control and production release validation processes
