Senior System Engineer

Job Summary

Resolving escalated service issues, the full-time Senior System Engineer will engineer and implement complex projects while maintaining technology for assigned accounts, focusing on network connectivity, Microsoft technologies, and virtualization solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for network connectivity, internal systems, and Microsoft-related technologies
• Lead and coach other engineers in resolving escalated support issues and technical challenges
• Conduct network assessments and security audits while documenting maintenance for all systems and infrastructure

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or 3 years in Managed Services
• Experience with security protocols and technologies
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Familiarity with Splunk, patching, and risk management is a plus
