Senior System Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior System-Manufacturing Co-Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve Voltage/Frequency/Power/Thermal Envelope of products
• Architect new Chip/System features to enhance testable power, V/F, speed grades, temperature, or test time
• Define methodology for incorporating manufacturing tests, SRAM, binning, or package technology constraints into product V/F curves, Vmin, and TGP

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (MS) or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of system and chip circuits for advanced SOCs/GPUs
• Experience with pre-silicon test strategy and hands-on lab prototyping of system features
• Proficiency in Python/Perl scripting
