Senior System Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior System Software Engineer - Data Platform Observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build centralized telemetry pipelines for high-performance data ingestion
• Design and implement data governance and policy enforcement systems
• Develop a modern web interface and APIs for a unified observability experience

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of full-stack software development experience focused on Data Platforms or Infrastructure Tools
• Proficiency in backend systems programming and modern frontend frameworks (Python, JS, Java, Rust, Go, React, etc.)
• Experience with observability platforms such as Apache Spark, Elastic/Open Search, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Experience deploying complex stateful services on Kubernetes using Helm, Terraform, or Ansible
