Senior System Software Engineer
Job Summary
To advance software-defined networking for global GPU cloud infrastructure, the full-time Senior System Software Engineer will build and operate secure, programmable cloud networking using Open vSwitch, OVN, Kubernetes, C, and Go while collaborating with senior engineers and partner teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to define and evolve multi-tenant control-plane and data-plane architecture
- Demonstrate technical leadership through design reviews, implementation guidance, and production improvements
- Develop production software for Kubernetes networking, network plugins, and network automation
Required qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining production software in C and Go
- Concrete experience with Open vSwitch, OVN, and production Kubernetes networking
- Strong Linux networking fundamentals and understanding of IP, TCP, UDP, and routing
- Experience architecting distributed systems with secure service APIs and state management
