Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to enhance the efficiency and security of its IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage critical SaaS applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
• Identify and implement improvements in the tech stack to enhance efficiency, security, and productivity
• Provide tier 2 support for the help desk team, assisting with complex technical issues

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, focusing on managing SaaS applications
• Highly proficient with macOS and email security platforms
• Experience with SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) platforms
• Familiarity with network security technologies and general IT security practices
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining SaaS applications such as Okta and Google Workspace
