Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical configuration and documentation of vendor assets
• Collaborate with technology vendors to optimize system configurations and support user management
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members on foundational configuration skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of applicable experience in systems/platform administration
• Demonstrated leadership on mid-large scale projects
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., bash, Python)
• Understanding of common IT controls and processes
