Senior Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes and evaluates user requests for server and technical operations, providing support and maintenance for server hardware and software
• Develops and monitors policies and procedures for server infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability
• Leads and mentors subordinate groups while researching and implementing server components and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or five years of equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of direct experience with server support and implementation
• Experience as a lead in at least one large-scale project
• Comprehensive knowledge of server operations, including configuration, tuning, monitoring, and security
• Knowledge of shell and kernel-level programming and system-specific requirements
