Senior Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the Planning and Engineering Department, the full-time Senior Systems Administrator will manage the DC network's production systems settings and configurations, conduct audits, and resolve complex logistics business incidents, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage operational process knowledge and WMS systems expertise to troubleshoot and resolve logistics business needs
• Conduct regular system user audits for compliance and assess system performance for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to develop new business requirements and implement effective reporting solutions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in WMS systems development and support
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle & MySQL) and familiarity with related tools like PL/SQL and Jira
• Experience with Windows Server 2019 or later and RHEL6 or later
• Working knowledge of supply chain and logistics operational practices
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with DC Operations personnel at all levels
