Senior Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Administering and supporting ClearPath OS2200 environments, the full-time Senior Systems Administrator will manage system health, lead upgrades, and configure core platform services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support ClearPath OS2200 environments, including installation, configuration, and daily operations
• Monitor system performance and lead system upgrades and maintenance using ITIL change management practices
• Develop automation and operational tooling to improve efficiency and respond to incidents during critical outages

Required qualifications

• Strong expertise in ClearPath OS2200 system administration and mainframe OS installation
• Experience with TCP/IP networking, workload automation tools, and tape/storage management
• Familiarity with RDMS/DMS database environments and batch processing systems
• Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States
