Senior Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a proposal for a government contract, the remote Senior Systems Administrator will manage the stable operation of in-house computer software systems and network connections, including planning, configuring, and maintaining network software while providing end-user training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Provision accounts for authorized users and manage system security functions
• Perform backups, verify their success, and review system logs for unusual activities
• Install software and configure Operating System parameters as needed

Required qualifications

• Experience with Drupal, JBoss, and Solr
• Seven years of progressive experience in Information Processing, with six years in specialized disciplines
• Four years of hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining various software
• Applicable Application Administrator certifications per the DLA Approved Cybersecurity Computing Environment List
• Active Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship required
