Senior Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To ensure the stable operation of in-house computer software systems and network connections, the fully remote Senior Systems Administrator will manage system configuration, conduct performance analysis, and provide maintenance support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, install, configure, and maintain network software and communication links
• Analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues while providing training and recommendations for technology direction
• Direct the work of other system administrators to optimize system resources and assist users effectively

Required qualifications

• Ten years of specialized experience in Information Processing, with at least four years of hands-on experience in system administration
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
• BS or BA in a technical discipline
• Secret clearance and compliance with cybersecurity requirements
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or Certified MuleSoft Associate Certification within three months of onboarding
