Senior Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing systems team, the full-time Senior Systems Administrator will manage enterprise applications and build automations while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations using n8n, APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts
• Administer and continuously improve the Airtable environment for various teams, enhancing workflows and reducing manual effort
• Provide high-touch technical support for enterprise applications and troubleshoot sync issues across systems like NetSuite and Shopify

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, IT engineering, or automation and integration engineering
• Advanced expertise in Airtable or similar relational database systems, including complex bases and scripting
• Strong workflow automation experience with n8n or a comparable platform, along with API and webhook integration skills
• Solid scripting skills in JavaScript and/or Python, with experience working with REST APIs and authentication methods
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools like Claude for building and maintaining automations
