Senior Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Focusing on Identity and Access Management, the full-time Senior Systems Administrator will manage Okta integrations, build and maintain IAM-related systems, and support broader systems administration tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Okta integrations across enterprise applications, collaborating with the IAM/Okta lead as necessary
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between IAM and adjacent systems, ensuring reliable data flow and access accuracy
• Serve as a senior systems resource across IT Operations, taking on broader systems administration responsibilities as priorities shift

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems administration with strong hands-on IAM/identity experience
• Demonstrated experience with Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 identity, and security/endpoint tooling
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or FedRAMP from a systems/identity perspective
• Versatility and willingness to take on systems administration work outside of core IAM scope
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work cross-functionally with InfoSec and IT Operations
