Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to support a growing portfolio of federal, local government, non-profit, and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide consulting services for the implementation of technical solutions and meet with stakeholders to establish requirements
Lead sessions with customer stakeholders to demonstrate application functions and collect configuration needs
Develop training materials, create reports, and support end users through User Acceptance Testing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

At least 8 years of experience as a Senior Systems Analyst
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) such as Archibus or ServiceNow
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and SQL scripting
2+ years of remote work experience with minimal supervision
