Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Extend Developer (Sr. Business Systems Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents, including on-call coverage as needed
• Coordinate application support with IT teams and mentor junior staff in resolving incidents
• Lead software installations, upgrades, and maintain project documentation for initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required
• Five or more years of relevant work experience is required
• Preferred experience with two major implementations or upgrades
• Certification in relevant applications is preferred
• Knowledge of core business and financial applications in a healthcare setting is required
