Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst who will collaborate with technical teams to define and document application requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Write detailed requirements, including epics and user stories, based on collaboration with the Product Manager and technical teams
• Investigate production incidents and create reports and dashboards using system data
• Manage the product backlog and represent the product/application as a subject matter expert to various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in systems analysis or related fields
• Experience with software development life-cycle and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in using SQL and tools for querying databases
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools
