Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst (Data Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, modeling, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions within the clinical data ecosystem
• Create and maintain key deliverables such as Source-to-Target mappings, Data Element Dictionaries, and Functional Requirement Specifications
• Optimize performance through index creation, efficient SQL writing, and process design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in systems analysis, focusing on data warehousing in the healthcare payer sector
• Proficiency in dimensional modeling, SQL, and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with DB2, ETL tools (Ab Initio), and reporting tools (Cognos, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data governance, and metadata management
