Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst, Social Health Information Exchange (SHIE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SHIE, managing product configuration and reporting
• Lead product implementation and customer onboarding, ensuring successful integration and adoption
• Track project progress and prepare status reports, facilitating communication among stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Technical Support, or Application Support role
• Demonstrable experience as an SME for a complex technical product, including system configuration and reporting
• Strong proficiency in analyzing system data flows and familiarity with API concepts
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of Health Information Exchange (HIE) concepts
