Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects through all phases from initiation to post-go-live support
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
• Design, configure, and maintain Workday HCM and related HR platforms while driving enhancements and automation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Five to seven years of professional experience with a focus on system configuration and analysis
• Proven track record leading multiple end-to-end Workday enhancement projects
• Workday certification in relevant modules preferred
• Eight or more years of enterprise systems experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree
