Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects by monitoring schedules, budgets, and providing project updates
• Independently resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support issues while mentoring less experienced staff
• Manage application upgrades and implementations, including creating test plans and coordinating efforts across platforms

Required Qualifications

• Typically has 5+ years of experience with modern technology and application support
• Demonstrates understanding of SDLC and information technology fundamentals
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Engages in continuous self-development through training and certifications
• Preferred: 7+ years of experience and familiarity with Agile/SAFe Agile development lifecycles
